Shipping Coverage

• We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
• Please check serviceability on the product page using the “Check Your Pin Code” option.
• Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Shipping Charges (India)

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,500
• Flat ₹50 shipping fee on orders below ₹2,500 for below products,
• Mugs
• Cup and saucer
• Candles
• Dinner ware
• Cushion covers
• Flat 90 shipping fee on orders below $2500 for below products,
• Lamp shades
• Lamp bases

International Shipping

• For orders and deliveries outside India, please visit our international website.
• We are actively working on expanding our international shipping services stay tuned for updates.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are indicative and depend on location, distance, and logistics partners:

• Metro Cities: 4-7 days
• Non-Metro / Other Locations: 7–10 working days
• Made-to-Order / Custom Products: May take longer; timelines will be communicated at the time of order

• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, transport delays, or government restrictions.

Delivery Schedule

• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sundays & Public Holidays: Non-working days
• A valid contact number is mandatory at checkout to ensure smooth delivery coordination.

Order Tracking & Shipping Notifications

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
• You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
• Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product location and packaging

Insurance & Delivery Responsibility

• All orders are insured during transit
• A signature is required upon delivery
• Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer (or recipient, in case of gifts) once delivery is accepted
• A third-party recipient’s signature will be considered valid proof of delivery

Special Delivery Requests

If you have any time-bound or special delivery requirements:

• Email us in advance
• Mention the request in the order comments section

While we will try our best to accommodate such requests, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

If your address falls outside their serviceable area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.

Order Cancellations (Shipping-Related)

• Cancellation requests must be emailed within 4 hours of placing the order
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted
• Refunds will not be processed for:
  • Cancellations requested at the time of delivery
  • Orders returned after 2 failed delivery attempts by the logistics partner

Unfulfilled Orders

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill a confirmed order due to reasons beyond our control, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per our refund policy.
