Return and Exchange Policy

At Utssavi, each product is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or size may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Incorrect product received – The item delivered does not match the description or a different product was sent.
• Damaged or defective product – The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

Please Note:

Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or size due to handcrafted production are expected and do not qualify for return or exchange.

Return Request Timeline

• All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests beyond this time may not be accepted.

Requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Mugs
• Cup and saucer
• Candles

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Return with original packaging, labels, tags, care cards, boxes, and all inclusions
• Damaged or incomplete returns may be rejected

Return Process & Inspection

• All items undergo quality inspection
• Upon approval:

• Replacement, exchange, or Credit Note will be issued
• Refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated
• A 5% restocking fee may be deducted

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not processed or shipped
• Cancellation after dispatch will not be accepted

Refunds / Credit Notes

• Processed within 10 working days after inspection
• May take longer during peak periods
• Confirmation will be shared once completed

Return Shipping

• Customers bear return shipping costs
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Use registered or insured courier
• We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns

Important Delivery Note

If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery personnel before signing the POD.
